Can I try a new color as well as a new length?
The prompts focus on shape and length because those details are hardest for a stylist to interpret from words alone. For selected styles, including balayage and highlights, the prompt also specifies color; those styles are clearly marked in the PDF.
Do I need to send you my photos?
No. Never. Everything happens on your phone. We cannot access your photos, and there is nowhere on our website to upload them.
When will I receive the PDF?
Immediately after payment, at the email address you enter during checkout. The download link does not expire, and you can save the file on as many devices as you like.
